My name is Amy Aldridge. I am a licensed massage therapist trained in a variety of modalities, specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and sports massage. I also provide chair massage for corporate and special events. I enjoy the reward of witnessing the body's miraculous power to heal itself and the positive effects that massage therapy can have on this process. 

I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a member of the Missouri Massage Therapy Association. I have received training in Russian Sports Massage, Rejuvenating Facelift Massage and Kinesio Taping. I'm also a distributor of It Works! products, featuring the amazing Ultimate Body Applicator body wraps (also known as Skinny Wraps).
